How can I delete my account?
If you want to delete your account, send us a request using one of the contact methods found at the bottom of this page.
Remember to always indicate the email address you are registered with. This data is essential to be able to identify you.
We may delete your account if:

• there are no open payments
• There are no returns being processed
• You have no remaining credit in your account (My Gift Cards)
• none of your orders are shipping yet.

If your orders can still be returned, therefore if the available days have not yet passed, your account can only be canceled at the end of this period.
